Each month i encounter many entrepreneurs, i search through their success, i research the premise that made their success more easy and i search them - as humans - as much as i can. All these because one day i proposed to myself to observe what is the characteristic that brings them together and assured them these success, so i can offer you, the readers of my article, their recipe.
At a young man that started from zero since he was on the faculty, i noticed his dare. An older gentleman that looks permanently to do new things, surprised me with perseverance and courage with whom he takes many risks.
After thorough investigations i can say that till the end i discovered something, an common feature that all successful business people that i meet, have. Is about their receptivity at everything that is new and an state of permanent attention to not miss any opportunity that will come around.
Although, when i started writing in words the portrait of the type-entrepreneur, i find out that i will never finish him...
To have success in business, a man has to have many "faces" that have to enter the scene at the precise moment. There are situations in which the intransigency is the essential feature, and others in which tolerance is the ideal solution; there are moments in the life of an entrepreneur in which perseverance is a quality and other moments in which these can become a problem.
I do not have for you any recipe from which you can shape your personality, i am sorry.
